Undiagnosed or Terminal Medical Conditions

We've teamed up with Just Insurance Agents Ltd. to offer our customers policies which can provide cover in the event that they have an undiagnosed medical condition. This can be done through brands such as Ready2Go (AIG) or Beyond Travel Insurance, who - on a case-by-case referral basis - may also be able to provide travel insurance policies for those who have received a terminal prognosis.

Please note that we cannot offer a quote if undiagnosed symptoms are potentially:

• Cancerous;
• Heart or circulatory-related;
• Respiratory or lung-related;
• Nerve-related;
• Neurological;
• Or if there is the potential for gallstones or other stones.

The following terms and conditions will also apply:

• We cannot offer a quote if there is a possible connection to an existing medical condition.
• We cannot offer a quote for travellers above the age of 76.
• Travellers under 18 must share the policy with an adult who is responsible for and travelling with them.
• Travellers with a terminal prognosis must have at least 6 months remaining upon their return to the UK.
